Once your order has been placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

While we aim to deliver orders as soon as possible, specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is safe and suitable access for our delivery truck.

Firewood will be tipped in an accessible location agreed upon with the customer.

If access is unsafe or unsuitable, we may need to arrange an alternative delivery location or reschedule the delivery.
