Terms of service
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Elliott’s Firewood reserves the right to refuse, reschedule or cancel an order where necessary.
2. Firewood & Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD. Firewood is sold by cubic metre and delivered in the load size selected at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time of purchase applies to that order.
3. Truck Deliveries
Truck deliveries are made to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access for the delivery vehicle. The driver has final discretion over where firewood can safely be unloaded.
Firewood will not be unloaded where access, ground conditions, overhead hazards, property obstructions or other conditions are considered unsafe.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, vehicle availability and other circumstances outside our control.
Customers should ensure any delivery instructions are provided when ordering.
If a delivery cannot reasonably be completed because of incorrect information or unsuitable access, additional delivery charges may apply to arrange another delivery.
5. Firewood
We supply split firewood intended for domestic firewood use.
As firewood is a natural product, individual pieces may vary in size, shape, colour and moisture content.

6. EF Membership
EF Membership is a paid annual membership providing access to member firewood pricing and other member benefits offered by Elliott’s Firewood.
Membership benefits apply for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Memberships are for the purchasing customer and are not transferable.
7. Member Pricing
Current members receive the advertised member price on eligible firewood purchases.
Customers must purchase their membership before ordering firewood at the member rate and must be logged into the customer account associated with their membership for member pricing to apply.
Purchasing a membership and firewood in the same order does not entitle that firewood order to member pricing.
Member discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
8. Membership Savings
Any savings figures shown on our website are based on the difference between the standard advertised firewood price and the applicable member price at that time.
Actual savings depend on the quantity of firewood purchased during the membership period.
9. Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once membership benefits or member pricing have been used, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change or cancel a delivery, please contact Elliott’s Firewood as early as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched or prepared for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
11. Property & Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring the nominated unloading location is suitable and accessible.
Elliott’s Firewood is not responsible for damage resulting from following a customer's instructions to enter or unload in an area where the risk was not reasonably apparent, subject to applicable law.
12. Promotions & Member Offers
Member-only offers, giveaways and promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, dates and conditions.
Elliott’s Firewood may change or discontinue promotional benefits from time to time. This does not affect member pricing already advertised for an eligible completed purchase.
13. General
By placing an order or purchasing an EF Membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies displayed on our website.
