Membership Cancellation Policy

Elliott’s Firewood memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The membership is a one-time annual purchase and does not automatically renew.

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Elliott’s Firewood. However, once the membership has been activated or member benefits have been used, the membership fee is generally non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Cancelling a membership will remove access to member pricing and other membership benefits.

Memberships cannot be transferred to another customer without approval from Elliott’s Firewood.

Important: New members must purchase their membership first, then log in to their customer account before ordering firewood to receive member pricing.
